A STUDIO, NOT A STARTUP. WE BUILD MORE THAN ONE.

We build products for people who choose their own path.

Sauvia is a two-founder venture studio. We design, build, and run software for independent people — creators, streamers, freelancers, small business owners — who'd rather forge their own way of working than follow someone else's system.

WHY SAUVIA EXISTS — THE SHORT VERSION

Most software tells you how to work. Ours asks how you work.

Every productivity tool, every creator platform, every "system" comes with an opinion built in: do it like this, post at these times, follow this framework. That works for some people. It quietly fails everyone else.

We build for the everyone else. The streamer with a day job. The salon owner answering DMs at midnight. The student with three side projects and no interest in someone else's morning routine. People carving a working life that doesn't have a template yet.

Sauvia comes from sua via — Latin for "one's own way." It's the filter every product idea has to pass before we build it:

Does this help someone do it their way — or does it force ours?
II
ONE ROOF · MANY PRODUCTS · SAME VALUES

One studio. Multiple products. Built and run in-house.

We're not an agency — we don't build for clients. We're not a single-product startup — we don't bet everything on one idea. Sauvia is a venture studio: a small company that builds, launches, and operates its own portfolio of software products, one at a time, properly.

We spot the gap.
Every product starts with a real person doing real work the hard way — usually someone we know, sometimes ourselves. If existing tools force them into a mould, that's our signal.
We build it lean.
Two founders, modern tooling, AI where it genuinely helps. We ship a working product in weeks, not years, and let real users tell us what's next.
We run it long-term.
Nothing gets abandoned. Every Sauvia product is operated, supported, and improved as its own small business — with its own users, its own roadmap, and the studio behind it.

THE PORTFOLIO — IN BUILD

What we're building first.

IN BUILD
Vemila
Be productive your way.

A productivity and streaming platform for creators. Set goals and let AI break them into steps that fit your life — then, when you stream, upload the recording and get back ready-to-post highlights, titles, and captions. One place for your goals and your content, with an assistant that actually knows both. Built for people growing something on their own terms.

NEXT: WHATEVER OUR USERS SHOW US THEY NEED. THAT'S THE STUDIO MODEL.
IV
THE SAUVIA BUILD CYCLE — EVERY PRODUCT, SAME DISCIPLINE

Four phases. Every product. No exceptions.

I.
Listen.
We talk to the people doing the work before we write a line of code. If five real people don't have the problem, the idea dies here. Most do.
II.
Scope ruthlessly.
One user type. One complete journey. Working end-to-end. Everything else waits. A launched product beats a perfect plan.
III.
Ship and charge.
Real users, real money, early. Free tiers for trying, fair prices for value. If nobody pays, the market has spoken and we listen.
IV.
Operate and compound.
The product gets support, updates, and a roadmap driven by user behaviour — not our assumptions. Then, and only then, we start the next one.
V
WHAT WE BELIEVE — IN PLAIN ENGLISH

The values behind every decision.

I.  Your way works. We build tools that adapt to how you work, never the reverse. If a feature forces a workflow on you, it's a bug.

II.  Small is a strength. Two founders, no investors, no burn rate panic. We answer to our users, and nobody else.

III.  AI as a craftsman's tool. We use AI where it removes drudgery — finding highlights, drafting copy, breaking down goals. Never as a gimmick, never to replace your judgement. You approve; the software does.

IV.  Charge fairly, honestly. Flat prices where possible. Cancel in two clicks. No retention loops, no dark patterns. If a product isn't worth paying for, that's our problem to fix.

V.  Finish what we start. The studio model only works if every product is genuinely run, not launched and left. We'd rather have two products people love than ten they've forgotten.

TWO FOUNDERS · ONE STUDIO · NEWCASTLE, UK

Built by two people who wanted their own path too.

Sauvia started the way our products do — with a problem we lived. We wanted to build software for a living without joining someone else's roadmap, raising money we didn't need, or betting everything on a single idea. The studio model let us do it our way: build small, ship real, own everything, compound over time.

We're two founders. One of us leans frontend and design; the other backend and infrastructure. We share the product decisions, the support inbox, and the conviction that the best working life is the one you design yourself.

ONE EMAIL A MONTH — THE STUDIO, UNFILTERED

The Sauvia Dispatch. One email. Once a month.

What we shipped, what we learned, and what's next from a two-person software studio — plus early access when a new product opens its doors. No growth-hack tips, no forwarded threads, no more than one email a month.

IX
QUESTIONS — STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Things people ask about the studio.

Is Sauvia an agency? Can I hire you?
No — we don't take client work. We build and operate our own products. If you want to use what we make, that's what the products page is for.
Do you accept outside ideas or founders?
Not yet. Right now the studio builds internally. If that changes, the Dispatch will hear it first.
Are you funded?
No. Sauvia is bootstrapped and profitable by design — our products fund the studio. It keeps us answerable to users instead of investors.
What happens to a product if the studio moves on?
It doesn't get abandoned — "finish what we start" is a core value. If we ever genuinely couldn't run a product, we'd give users months of notice and a clean way to take their data with them. That commitment is in every product's terms.
Why "Sauvia"?
From the Latin sua via — "one's own way." It's the value every product must serve: helping people work, create, and grow on their own terms.
Where are you based?
Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. Our products serve users anywhere in English-speaking markets.
How do I reach you?
admin@sauvia.org.uk — a founder replies, usually within one business day.
